[Rimarinefisheries] SAFIS Maintenance

We are planning to do some maintenance upgrades to the server and supporting software used by the SAFIS systems.

As a result, all SAFIS systems will be offline during this change on Sunday, October 18th 2015 from 3p.m. - 7p.m. This work is scheduled after business hours to minimize disruption.

There will be a notice on the login page informing users of the downtime going up on Thursday, Oct 15th.  There will also be an error page explaining the downtime if users attempt to login during that time.
