[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment - Close commercial striped bass floating fish trap

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed tomorrow, October 14, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This amendment CLOSES the commercial Striped bass floating fish trap fishery beginning 12:01AM on October 16, 2015. [This regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
