[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment - Decrease commercial possession limit for Bluefish

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed tomorrow, October 29, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This amendment DECREASES the commercial possession limit for Bluefish to 2,500 lbs/vessel/week beginning 12:01AM on Sunday, November 1, 2015, until the next sub-period begins on January 1, 2016 (unlimited).  [This regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
