SUBJECT:       Regulation Amendment

 

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed today,
September 8th, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This amendment CLOSES the commercial Black Sea Bass fishery,
beginning 12:01AM on Thursday, September 10, 2015. [This regulation
amendment becomes effective upon filing].
