Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) "Commercial and Recreational Saltwater Fishing Licenses" were filed yesterday, December 1st, as a result of the public hearing held on September 19th, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on October 3rd.  These regulations will become effective on January 1, 2017.
