[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Hello,

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) "Part 1 - Definitions" were filed Friday, December 9th, as a result of the public hearing held on September 19th, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on October 3rd.  These regulations will become effective on December 29, 2017.

Please note the new style of the regulation, which is the now required from the state Office of Management and Budget for all state regulations.
