[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Hello,

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) were filed Friday, December 16th, as a result of the public hearing held on November 14th, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on December 5th.  These regulations will become effective on January 5, 2017.  Specifically, the following regulations were filed:


1.    Part 3 - Finfish regarding amendments for commercial summer flounder, commercial black sea bass, and Coastal sharks;

2.    Part 5 - Lobsters, Crabs, and Other Crustaceans regarding amendments for the management of horseshoe crabs
