Hello. There will be an ASMFC pre-meeting on Tuesday, November 7 @ 3:00 PM. This pre-meeting, involving the RI delegation to the ASMFC's Menhaden Management Board, will be held at RIDEM Headquarters, 235 Promenade Street, Providence, RI in Conference Room A on the 4th floor. This pre-meeting is for the purpose of reviewing the meeting materials and agenda items for the upcoming ASMFC meeting in Baltimore on November 13 - 14, which is focused on menhaden.  The meeting materials include all public comments pertaining to Draft Amendment 3 submitted during the recent public hearings and public comment period. The Rhode Island community provided extensive comments on Draft Amendment 3 during the public comment period; as such, this pre-meeting is not intended to serve as a forum for additional public input on the Draft Amendment.  The public is welcome to attend, and may offer input on agenda items not pertaining to the Draft Amendment.
