[Rimarinefisheries] REMINDER: Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) public hearings

This is a reminder that the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) will be conducting two public hearings in Rhode Island tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, in the Corless Auditorium, URI Narragansett Bay Campus, South Ferry Road, Narragansett, RI.

The first hearing is for the purpose of gathering public input on American Lobster Draft Addendum XXVI/Jonah Crab Draft Addendum III.  It will start promptly at 6 pm. The second hearing is for the purpose of gathering public input on Draft Addendum XXX to the Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan, which pertains to recreational black sea bass management in 2018.  That second hearing will immediately follow the first hearing, with an expected start time of approximately 6:30 pm.
