[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments filed

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations were filed Friday, March 23rd, resulting from the public hearing held on February 19, 2018, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held March 5, 2018.  The effective date of this regulation is April 12, 2018:


  *   Part 3 - Finfish:  Amendments regarding recreational management for Black sea bass, Scup, Summer Flounder, and Tautog; and commercial management for Scup, Striped Bass, Tautog, Bluefish, Menhaden, and Skate.
