Please be advised that RIDEM Marine Fisheries is now accepting applications for the 2025 Winter 1 Summer Flounder Aggregate Program. The program begins January 5, 2025.  Please see the attached application for the program details and eligibility requirements.  The regulation can be found on the Division webpage here<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-23>. Applications will be accepted at:
