[Rimarinefisheries] 2025 RI Winter 1 Multistate Landing Program

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Please be advised that RIDEM Marine Fisheries is now accepting applications for the 2025 Winter 1 Cooperative Multi-State Possession and Landing Program for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-13>.  Please see the attached application for details about the program.  The regulation can be found on the Division webpage here<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-13>.

***Please Note:  New for 2025, Massachusetts in not participating in the program this year. Eligible states are Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey***
