[Ritaxpronews] Rhode Island Division of Taxation Updates

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation recently released an Advisory announcing that it will mandate the electronic filing of corporate tax returns beginning with the filing season starting January 1, 2013.  The Advisory can be found at http://www.tax.ri.gov/Advisory/ADV%202012-16.pdf .
 
The Division of Taxation also recently posted on its website an Administrative Decision dealing with the issue of whether or not a claim for a personal income tax refund was timely filed.  The Administrative Decision can be found at http://www.tax.ri.gov/AdministrativeDecisions/2012/2012-09.pdf .
