Public Hearings on Regulations


Pursuant to the provisions of 42-35-3(a)(1) of the General Laws of Rhode Island, and in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (Chapter 42-35 of the General Laws), the Division of Taxation hereby gives notice of its intent to issue regulations. 
 
Public hearings are scheduled for Thursday, August 23, 2012 starting at 9:30 a.m on the following:
