Revisions to the OWTS Rules go into effect on Monday, June 27, 2016.  Attached is a pdf of the document as well as a brief summary of the changes.  The new Rules are also on the DEM web site at: http://www.dem.ri.gov/pubs/regs/regs/water/owts16.pdf.
