[Watersheds] Meeting to discuss findings of the draft TMDL Study and provide an overview of RIDEM’s Aquidneck Island Watershed Plan

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Office of Water Resources is announcing the opening of public comments with a workshop on October 7th, 2025 for the Melville Ponds Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Water Quality Restoration Study.

Attached are details on an October 7th Workshop to present the draft TMDL Addressing Total Phosphorus Impairments in Upper and Lower Melville Ponds and Melville Pond Tributary. The meeting will be a combination of in-person and virtual and will also include an overview of the draft 'Aquidneck Island Watershed Plan’.
