[YART] Update: 2019 SRP Performer Booking Info

Attached please find the information for the booking meeting on January 31 at the Warwick Public Library.

Please note:

  *   Teen programs will be booked 9:30am-10:30am, and children's programs will be booked 10:30am-12pm. (If you are booking for both age groups, you only need to register once).
  *   The 2019 SRP Performers pdf that is attached is a quick reference sheet that includes the performers' contact info, program description, availability, and audience size limits. This table is meant to be a quick reference, more information about each performer is in the attached 2019 Children's & Teen SRP Performers Excel spreadsheet. Please note that the Excel spreadsheet has a tab for children's performers and a tab for teen performers.
  *   Both the pdf and the Excel spreadsheet include updated information about the MobileQuest programs, the teen Fiddle N' Fun program, and the teen Rainbow Beard program.
  *   If there is no information in a specific field in the pdf and Excel spreadsheet, that indicates that the performer did not get me that information. If you have questions regarding this missing information, you will have to directly inquire with the performer.

And a few reminders:

  *   The booking order is included with the attached instructions.
  *   Please print and bring two copies of the attached confirmation sheets. You will fill them both out at the meeting and give one copy to an OLIS staff member and keep one copy for your records.
  *   If you're not able to attend the booking meeting, please schedule your programs directly with the performers after January 31st. Once you have your programs booked, fill out the children's and teen confirmation sheets and send them to Jeremy at Jeremy.cutler at olis.ri.gov<mailto:Jeremy.cutler at olis.ri.gov> so he can add them to the master schedule and arrange for your OLIS paid programs. Please schedule your programs and submit your confirmation sheets by February 8th.
  *   Rock-a-Baby will not be at the booking meeting. If you were planning on booking Rock-a-Baby, please contact them to schedule your program by February 8th.  Please fill out the attached confirmation sheet with your Rock-a-Baby booking and return it to Jeremy at Jeremy.cutler at olis.ri.gov<mailto:Jeremy.cutler at olis.ri.gov> by February 8th. Rock-a-Baby can be reached at info at rock-a-baby.net<mailto:info at rock-a-baby.net>, and their summer availability includes weekends (preferred), Fridays, and Tuesdays after 12pm.
  *   I have asked performers to bring copies of their W-9. If you will need a W-9 to process payment, you may ask performers for this information at the booking meeting.

A few things to note:

  *   An updated chart with performer info/descriptions will be available next week as I'm waiting for additional info from performers. Including:
     *   Both Ricky Katowicz (The Rainbow Beard Show) and Joel Beauchemin (Fiddle N' Fun) are expanding their programs to include teen programs. Ricky will be offering a workshop for teens that focuses on creating characters and content for media.
     *   Brian Kampper is adding a few more programs from the MobileQuest offerings that will be available to be booked this summer at the $160 rate.
  *   I have asked performers to bring copies of their W-9. If you will need a W-9 to process payment, you may ask performers for this information at the booking meeting.
