NOTICE TO MARINERS

REQUEST THE FOLLOWING LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS BE ISSUED IN SUPPORT OF UPCOMING TESTING.

RI-NARRAGANSETT BAY-NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER WILL BE CONDUCTING CABLE ROUTE CLEARANCE OPERATIONS ON THE TORPEDO TEST RANGE MARKED ON NOAA CHARTS 13223 DURING THE PERIOD OF AUGUST 15-24, 2015.  

ALL VESSELS ARE REQUESTED TO COOPERATE WITH THE NAVAL VESSELS ON STATION FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CONCERNED. 

THE M/V MEGAN MILLER WILL BE ACTING AS RANGE SAFETY, COMMAND CONTROL AND WILL ALSO BE MONITORING VHF CHANNELS 13 AND 16.
