[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment - Re-open menhaden in state waters outside the Narragansett Bay Menhaden Management Area

Hello,

 

Amendments will be filed today, May 28, 2015.  In summary, the change is
as follows:

 

PART III - MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This filing RE-OPENS the commercial fishery for menhaden in state
waters outside the Narragansett Bay Menhaden Management Area at 120,000
lbs/vessel/day, beginning 12:01AM on May 29, 2015, until further notice,
due to the state's participation in the 2015 episodic events set aside
program for Atlantic menhaden.  [This regulation becomes effective upon
filing].
