The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is holding a public meeting on June 23rd at 6 PM at the University of Rhode Island, Narragansett Bay Campus, Coastal Institute Building (Hazard Rooms A & B), 215 S Ferry Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island 02882. This meeting is being held as part of BOEM’s environmental assessment process for the New York Wind Energy Area (NY WEA). The Environmental Assessment specific to the NY WEA can be accessed at the following link<http://www.boem.gov/NY-Public-EA-June-2016/>. If you are unable to attend the meeting, consider submitting your comments to the Federal Register Notice of Availability for the Environmental Assessment, found here<https://www.regulations.gov/docket?D=BOEM-2016-0038>.
