[Rimarinefisheries] commercial black sea bass clarification

Hello. It has come to our attention that there is some confusion about the management of commercial black sea bass in this sub period.
There is no Friday closure during the November 1 - December 31 sub period.
Black sea bass is currently open at 50 pounds per vessel per day, 7 days a week.
